Required Documents
- Written request letter on official letterhead (for agencies/organisations)
- Original KTP (Indonesian identity card) and a photocopy, belonging to the person in charge of the group
- Schedule and details of the departure and destination points (route plan)
- List of the licence plate numbers of the vehicles in the group
- Public gathering permit / road permit from the Perhubungan (Transportation) agency (for heavy transport)
