SIM Renewal Procedure
- Prepare the original KTP, the old SIM, the physical fitness certificate, and the psychological certificate.
- Take a queue number for the renewal service at the Satpas (the police driving licence issuing office) or at a SIM Keliling (mobile licence service) bus.
- Complete document verification and pay the renewal PNBP (non-tax state revenue).
- Undergo re-identification with a biometric photograph and fingerprints.
- Wait for the new SIM to be printed and handed over.
